A specially designed add on to the Preschool Checkpoint Assessment Tracker
Designed by an experienced Early Years teachers to meet the requirements of the EYFS 2021 this fully editable word document can be used as a framework to demonstrate whether children are “On Track” or “Not on Track” to achieve the Early Learning Goals.
The document includes 4 data entry points (Baseline, Autumn, Spring and ELG) and the overviews to what “On Track” may look like. All areas of learning are covered.
NB- The “On Track” descriptors can be edited and changed as required.
